Looking at a recent PC magazine I came across the Asus EeePC – looking at the pictures I saw something I wanted for some time. A small laptop, a cheap price, which seems particularly suited to the Internet on the move.

The EeePC is pronounced e-PC – which is supposed to rest easy three points – easy to learn, easy to work and easy to play. I think the original idea was to do something to reach for many students, including and families.

What attracted me to the device is portability was evident. Measuring 225 x 165 x 21 mm is tiny compared to any other laptop. It has a solid state hard drive robust enough that you can strike and strike without damage. With three hours of battery life and a mobile phone charger size makes it very portable.

Of course, as with any relatively new gadget is the high demand and quite difficult to take an age. They come in different colors. My preference was black and I guess it was the same for most people because it was completely sold out. At the end I settled for blue.

You also have USB ports and a flash memory slot for an additional 32 GB of storage above 4 GB included in the machine. I think this machine will be a great success and pave the way for true mobile computing. I just paid 250 pounds (about 0) for the 4GB model. It was a 2GB model for £ 200 and I have heard rumors that Asus has managed to move the speakers to a larger screen in a future model.
